participants of military operations;
people with war-related disabilities;
Families of deceased war veterans and defenders;
Ukrainians who do not own real estate or own less than 52.5 sq m for one person and an additional 21 sq m for each family member.

select the eHouse service in the Diia mobile application;
fill in information about family composition and income;
provide information about the property you plan to buy on credit;
choose banks and certify the application with your Diia.Signature;
receive a response from the banks and contact the sales office of the PARK ROYAL residential complex.
