The construction customer Royal House Development has sold the first flat in the residential complex PARK ROYAL (Bucha, Kyiv region) by way of sale of the future real estate object (FEO) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Guaranteeing Real Property Rights to Real Estate Objects to be Constructed in the Future", which came into force on 10 October 2022.
In order to register such a right, Royal House Development passed the relevant inspection by the state authorities and submitted documents to the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction (USESC). In particular, an application for state registration of a special property right.
"Only reliable developers have been inspected by the regulator, and we are pleased that Royal House Development is among them. Now, according to the law, we can sell special property rights to real estate in the residential complex PARK ROYAL, which is located in Bucha, because according to the current legislation, we have all the necessary permits for the construction of the residential complex. In addition, the rights of our investors are also protected, as each property in the buildings of the residential complex (apartment, car park, commercial facility, etc.) is included in the register of property rights of the Ministry of Justice as a separate object of property rights", - commented the press service of Royal House Development.
It should be noted that according to the current legislation, the houses in the residential complex PARK ROYAL, where the sale of apartments has already been opened, have been assigned a postal address. That is, after the commissioning of the buildings, investors can immediately receive the ownership of their flat.
We would like to remind you that in February 2024, the sales of flats in the residential complex PARK ROYAL started. One-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 32 sq.m. to 75 sq.m. are available for purchase.
