In the first phase of the Park Royal residential complex, which is under active construction, you can buy apartments on favourable lending terms with an interest rate of 3% or 7% per annum in UAH.
The concessional loan is provided under the government programme eOselya by Globus Bank for a period of 20 years, and the down payment is 20% of the apartment price.
