The capital's developer Royal House has started construction and opened sales of apartments in the new most anticipated residential complex in Kyiv region - PARK ROYAL in Bucha.

PARK ROYAL is a comfort-class complex with an area of 25 hectares, including 4 hectares of its own recreational park area for sports and recreation.

According to the master plan, 23 houses of variable number of storeys will be built in the residential space: from 7 to 16 floors. A special feature of PARK ROYAL is the availability of flats with 4-metre ceilings and private courtyards.

Each building in PARK ROYAL has its own unique architectural code, as if created by different architects - this is what creates the unique aesthetics of a modern European city! The basic motif of the complex is the style of "Modern Classics".

The main artery of PARK ROYAL is the main promenade with an area of 17900 sq m. It is here that the most active life will be concentrated: restaurants, cafés, shops, beauty salons, boutiques, entertainment centres, household services, etc.

Kid's Word. This is a large children's space for development and games with an area of almost 6000 sq m. The modern play spaces that fill the territory will expand the usual understanding of a playground.

Garden Plaza is a central square with its own greenhouse. This is the heart of the city-park, which will be open 365 days a year, with a coffee shop in the middle of the rainforest. Currently, this is the only format for placing such facilities in residential areas.

Urban Plaza with an amphitheatre. In the warm season, it is a summer cinema with film screenings or a space for festivals or concerts, and in winter, it features snow slides and Christmas installations.

Recreation Space. The long promenade in PARK ROYAL ends with a 4 hectare recreational park area, which is divided into functional areas for sports and recreation:

- sports core - more than 10 sports grounds and almost 3 km of running and cycling tracks;

- barbecue area - a specially equipped area with a fire pit and all-season houses for relaxing in any weather;

- own park for walking and recreation;

- a training ground for dogs;

- etc.

PARK ROYAL provides safe yards without cars.

Shelters that fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation are being built in the first phase of the construction. They will make the residents feel not only safe but also comfortable. The shelters will have all the amenities for a long stay, two exits, a water supply and a drainage system.

There are 3 types of parking on the territory of PARK ROYAL: ground, above-ground and underground.

More than 50 types of layouts have been developed for investors - from functional studios and full-fledged one-room apartments to spacious penthouses in business sections.

The apartments range in size from 33 sq m to 105 sq m. All apartments have a balcony or loggia and a large kitchen-living room.
