On 11 December, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine awarded the best representatives of the construction industry with the UKRANIAN SPECIAL BUILDING AWARDS IBUILD 2023.
This year, Royal House won in the nominations: "Developer of the Year 2023" and "Opening of the Year 2023" with the new project of the Park Royal residential complex in Bucha.

Background. Park Royal is a modern residential complex in Bucha with an area of 25 hectares, where 23 houses of variable number of storeys will be built. The complex is located near Bucha and Vorzel parks, convenient transport interchange and public transport stop. Park Royal is a space in the centre of which is a person in unity with nature. The central promenade of the complex is its main artery and the centre of attraction for future residents, and everything necessary for comfort will be within walking distance. The territory is planned to include a children's space for development and games called Kids Word with an area of almost 6000 m2, a kindergarten and a school, an amphitheatre, a greenhouse and a private recreational park area of 4 hectares.
Modern civil protection shelters have also been designed. The developer will soon announce the start of sales.
