PARK ROYAL builders are working tirelessly to bring our investors closer to moving into their dream homes.
We report on the construction progress as of 22 March:
- The main entrance arch, which will welcome residents and guests of the complex, is 95% complete.
- The construction of the sales department is nearing completion, and works are underway to install landscaping and paving slabs in pedestrian areas.
- Reinforcement of the vertical of the 1st floor, which will serve as a bomb shelter for the first building of the 1st stage, is in progress.
- TMRoyal House wall modules continue to arrive at the construction site. We would like to remind you that 60% of the wall modules for the first house of the first stage have already been completed.
