Construction of the Park Royal continues according to plan
We are telling you about the construction progress of Park Royal as of mid-August 2024.
HOUSE A011
The construction of the 8th floor of the 1st section has begun!
The reinforcement and concreting of the monolithic floor slab on the 7th floor of the first section has also been completed, and work is currently underway on the 8th floor.
In the second section, the horizontal formwork for the floor slab on the 7th floor has been completed and concreted. The installation of wall panels on the 8th floor is currently underway.
Concreting of vertical structures minus the 1st floor has been completed in the third section. The builders are installing the reinforcement frame of the floor slab minus the 1st floor.
Concreting of the foundation slab has been completed in the fourth and fifth sections.
The installation of vertical reinforced frames minus the 1st floor is already underway.
HOUSE A012
The builders continue to pour the foundation pit for the second house (A012) of the first stage of construction.
The installation of utilities is also underway: ventilation units are currently being installed in the first and second sections.
