We maintain the pace and scope of construction of PARK ROYAL and share the construction progress report as of 15 April.
The entrance arch, which welcomes customers and guests of the sales office and pleases the residents of Bucha, has already been fully completed.
The arch is made of monolithic aluminium panels, and its lighting was provided by the world-renowned Expolight lighting company.
The builders have also completed construction and repairs in the sales department and landscaping in the pedestrian areas. Therefore, we cordially invite everyone to appreciate not only the stylish interiors, but also to purchase apartments with discounts of up to 18%, which will be valid until the end of April.
Currently, the monolithic floor of the basement (bomb shelter) of the first building (A011) in the 2nd section is being installed. And in the 1st section of this building, the reinforcement and concreting of the bomb shelter has been completed. The installation of vertical load-bearing elements (pylons and walls) has already begun.
The builders have also waterproofed and backfilled the outer walls of the basement in sections 1 and 2. They also installed doors to the bean storage in the basement of sections 1 and 2.
We are also working on the concrete preparation for the foundation slab in sections 4 and 5.
TMRoyal House wall modules continue to arrive at the construction site and will soon be erected in the design position.
